A majority of the PTA Funds is spent on programs and materials that benefit all the children at Kings Park and Kings Glen Elementary Schools. In addition to the programs below, the PTA also allocate funds to class field trips and classroom materials.

R.E.A.C.H.

R.E.A.C.H. Week is a cooperative education program promoting a collective one week reading effort between children, parents and teachers; and as a curriculum based program, R.E.A.C.H Week is comfortably and easily performed within homes and the school. The program uses a sponsorship campaign designed to minimize the efforts of a fundraising committment from parents, students and the school. In turn, it supports literacy that schools represent and returns high profits back to schools based on the fundraising efforts.
