There are numerous events where students, families and staff can have fun together. The KPKG PTA hosts various events that bring Kings Park and Kings Glen families and staff together.

Silent Auction/Bingo

The school will be brimming with bingo, great fun and shopping opportunities on Friday, February 27, 2009, as the KPKG PTA hosts the annual Silent Auction and Bingo Night. The auction is the PTA’s biggest single fund-raiser of the year. Class baskets and donations from community and national merchants and companies will be auctioned off. Drinks and other concessions will be available for purchase.

Staff Volleyball Game

This year the Kings Park and Kings Glen staffs will take the court in a friendly game against each other. School pride will be on the line as the two schools square off for what will undoubtedly be a battle to the end. The game will take place at Lake Braddock Secondary School in April. Details will be available as the date approaches. Note: This is a change from the basketball game.

Fall Festival

The Fall Festival is an annual KPKG PTA event scheduled in October. We have dancing, cakewalk, spooky stories, face painting, crafts, and a pumpkin contest. Pizza and drinks available to purchase. Put on your dancing shoes, your best costume (no masks, no weapons) and boogie it up!

Movie Night

Join us for a great night of family fun at school. Bring a blanket, the family, and enjoy an evening at the movies. Popcorn, drinks, and other concessions will be available for purchase. Please come out and relax at the movies.
