The PTA oversees an extensive volunteer program in support of Kings Park and Kings Glen staff and students. The following are some of the activites that the PTA organized volunteers for last year:

• Vision and Hearing Screening
• School Pictures
• Classroom Volunteers
• Field Day and Other School Wide Events
• Field Trips
• Lunch Helpers

The PTA raises funds through membership dues, family events, and various other methods of fundraising. Last year, funds raised by the PTA were used to supplement funds beyond what the county can provide to pay for activities, programs, supplies, and equipment that have greatly enriched and touched the lives of all Kings Park and Kings Glen students.
